The AML 540 supports both Cat.NB1 and Cat.M1 and is the latest communication module for IoT narrowband services. M1: DL 300 kbps / UL 375 kbps, NB1: DL 20 kbps / UL 60 kbps. Applicable to devices such as vehicle Tracking, smart metering, and industrial Management. We provide LGA and M.2 type modules for low power IoT services optimized for various industrial environments of customers.
